Established in 1996, Dr. Pat recognized the need for a true house call practice. We bring a 31 foot Mobile Exam Room to your door, and we also provide in-home visits for an additional fee.

We're  located in Brooklyn, New York, and by appointment we serve a large section of Brooklyn, Staten Island and Howard Beach, Queens.
